Refund policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return or exchange your item within 10 days of arrival (for Australian customers) or 20 days (for International customers).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be processed.
Returns with Afterpay
If you have purchased with Afterpay we will happily accept your return. The payment plan will be cancelled if we receive your return before the first instalment is due. – This means you will not have to pay a thing.
If the first instalment has already been made when you return the items back to us we can cancel the rest of your payment plan and refund the initial payments you have made.
If you wish to return certain products from your order, we will remove these items from your payment plan. The original payment instalments will remain the same however the final payments will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log into your Afterpay account at any time to review your payment status.
Faulty Items
Please contact our customer care team at hello@alami.com.au if you have encountered a faulty item. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase. If your item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
